Support for multiple channels #8

Hi RS-FISH devevelopers,

thanks you for the great tool and documentation.

I was wondering whether there are any plans to include processing of multi-channel images or of specifying the channel to process, so that multi-channel .ome.tiff images can at least be provided as input?
