Detections found interactively but then 0 detections found #13

We have a sample with very weak beads that we want to detect. We wanted to subsequently thin out the detections to remove the sample.

But as the title says. We find the detections when working on the DoG detector interactively, but afterwards, when we let the program run, there are no detections... Even on the image we used to test the detector.. Any thoughts where I could look into to fix this?

Hi, maybe you could send me two example views so I can have a look?

Hallo Stephan

Thanks so much for getting back to me! I have checked the website bettest points (look fine to me) and the calibration. The angle arrangement looks ok, too, and I’ve tried different registration models.

I have uploaded the nucleus channel view 1 and 2 here: https://cloudstor.aarnet.edu.au/plus/s/Yvb7bWhxMPMRvld

The voxel size etc is in the photo below.

Very curious to hear what you think!

Danke sehr und beste Gruesse aus down under, Verena
