ActiveSupport::Duration can't be coerced into Integer #33

After building a test project Rake failed during prelang -init, causing database not to be created.

I am using Mac OS/X Sierra Ruby 2.4.0p0 Rails 4.1.4 PostgreSQL 9.6.3

I have attached a complete error log of the init process. rake error.pdf
