[ENHANCEMENT] Make student name in teacher dashboard of PLTP become link to the associated student dashboard course #483

like in course teacher dashboard, in PLTP teacher dashboard, each student appears as a ligne.

Make thier name become a link to their own dashborad.

if PLTP xxxx belong to course yyyy : the name of student zzzz in page https://pl.u-pem.fr/activity/dashboard/xxxx/ will be a link to the dashboard https://pl.u-pem.fr/activity/dashboard/yyyy/?studentid=zzzz
