Added semver requirement, and checking.
Deploy added global.requiredVersion and global.minimumVersion to the stim.deploy.yaml, so you can enforce versions.
Fixed minor issue with logging Fatal, showing as Info Fixes #58

Sorry tried not to update previous vendors, but since one was added I could not get go mod vendor to not update the others.
