Improvement: choose controls color when editing Split View #2

Being a plugin with a user interface, I believe not only developers will use it, so, I think it could be a great feature to allow the user to choose the color and change the default blue of the controls (using WP color picker): screenshot from 2016-02-11 17 04 42
