Create webcomponents.org inline demos once they support NPM #8

Right now the webcomponents.org inline demo creator assumes dependencies are siblings to your repository...my repository is supposed to be installed with npm, and so the bower dependencies are not siblings. Once npm is fully supported, create the inline demos.
