Reference the Ink & Other Media FIDG profile from the Paper profile #159

See #145 for the context of this issue.

When users select the Unbound Paper --> Original Document format in the resource assessment form, a little help question mark will appear next to it that links to the Paper profile in the Format ID Guide. We need to add a little blurb to the top of the Paper profile that references the Ink & Other Media section for the benefit of users who arrive at the Paper section via that link.

This should take 5 minutes, but I don't trust myself to edit FIDG content when everyone else has a much better grasp on it. So, @areisemann or @jamieviva, I would appreciate it if one of you could please self-assign this issue and close it when done. Thanks.
