"back to top" icon #363

Alex, if it's a simple thing, can we add a "back to top" icon to the bottom right side of long pages?

From http://fontawesome.io/icons/ I think something like the icon chevron circle up or arrow circle up would work solo. I think for most users, the appearance of an "up" icon alone popping up as they're scrolling down is enough to tell them "hey, this is what you press if you want to go all the way back up" (I think the "back to top" icons are prevalent enough now that most people understand what they are). But if anyone disagrees, there's also the option to add "Back to top" text with or without the icon. Thoughts?

Alex, I'm just throwing this out there IF this is a simple thing. I know it's our last week to get stuff finalized for the launch, so if this is something that would take too much time, just say the word and we can push it to the next grant -- it's definitely not essential. Thanks.

I think this will be a little too much given the time remaining. But, I will leave it open in case anyone else has opinions.
