Size of the images in the User Guide can be standardised

It would be easier for readers to read the User Guide if the sizes of the screenshots added into the User Guide can be standardised. Otherwise, it may be a little hard to read, at places as such:

Team's Response

The reason for the resizing was so that the example given for mtfind form would be able to show all 3 members, their details and task names with form in it, therefore we felt that the resizing was necessary to illustrate the example clearly, which overshadows the cons of resizing.
