Allows the additional of duplicate members when the name used for the case is different

As seen in the screenshot below, I was able to add john doe and John Doe, although they are likely to refer to the same person. It would be good to restrict this as the addition of same named members can already allowed be with the addition of numbers behind according to the user guide.

Team's Response

The tester put john does instead of john doe, which are 2 different people as their names are different. The gif above shows using john doe which is shown as a duplicate of John Doe, therefore this case is invalid.

The reason why we accept john doe and john does is because there are people who have similar names e.g. Jane, June, and James. (1 letter difference, not the same name)
