Acceptance criteria

[x] Organizations can create multiple trust policies
[x] A policy should include the following attributes and a weight field. Country Code Device Id Device Name IP Address OS Location
[x] Demo that the trust attributes/polices are stored and updated in Cosmos DB

Tasks

[x] Update cosmos database to have policy name
[x] Update cosmos database to have policy number
[x] Update cosmos database to have organization name
[ ] Update Dashboard to show policy number and name
[ ] Update Dashboard to allow adding(Mulit-Policies)/deleting/editing policy info
[ ] Configure APIM policy to attach user object ID (as organization ID)

(note: This will likely involve a new trust page)

9/6 - API was completed and given over for testing.
