Remove unused code #1149

PF has a large amount of unused code. I've mostly avoided touching it as I've begun the cleanup process, but we should explore removing unneeded bits as possible.

In #163 adffc65b74077b96b66b855725f5c9fd150815dd the "Current items feeding on" section was removed from the rss-import module. Thus, the feedlist_builder() method is no longer used.

This will be an ongoing task in the next release or two.

I think that most low-hanging items have been removed at this point. I'll close the ticket, though I may reference it in the future if I come across more items that can be hacked out.
