PF mangles author archive links #1175

When Pressforward is active it’s changing the Author Archive links to return a /?p=nnnnn link to some page instead.

I've made a change so that author names/URLs are no longer replaced with the source name/URL if PF doesn't think that the post is a PF item. The proxy for this is the presence of an 'item_link' postmeta.
