Broken Feeds in OPML Subscription continue to be added #808

I’ve got an opml subscription that has a broken feed. The feed is broken but it is being duplicated in subscribed feeds for some reason. It is showing up as a red alerted feed 5 times with different dates for when it was added. For example, it says I added the feed this morning which is not true. screen shot 2016-08-08 at 10 34 07 am

Can you check if this is fixed by the 4.0.1 branch?

Added it as a new feed on my laptop just now, will wait to see if it does it again

I'm not seeing this happen anymore.
