List of available carriers in product edit page contain disabled carriers - product v1 and v2 #24497

Describe the bug

Disabled carriers appear in list of available carriers in product edit page v1 and v2.

Expected behavior

Disabled carriers shouldn't appear in list, or should appear as "greyed".

Steps to Reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have a fresh install on develop
  2. Go to Shipping > Carriers, see 2 active carriers and 2 disabled carriers
  3. Go to Catalog> Products> Choose a product and go to product Edit page (non virtual product)> Shipping
  4. See the 4 carriers in available carriers, all of them ready to receive check/uncheck actions.

I can't reproduce your issue in PS 1.7.7.4 : Capture d’écran 2021-05-14 à 12 18 49 Capture d’écran 2021-05-14 à 12 19 25

Only my enabled carriers are showing in FO.

I am not talking about FO checkout here. For that part, you are right!

I am talking about the list of available carriers in BO Product Edit page > Shipping tab.

Could you please confirm to me?

Sorry for the misunderstanding and thanks for your patience :pray: I was able to reproduce the issue with PS1.7.6.7, PS1.7.7.4 and develop. I’ll add this to the debug backlog so that it’s fixed.

Please be aware that due to the high number of reported issues, some bugs might take a very long time to be resolved. If this issue is important to you and you cannot wait for it to be fixed on the project’s own time, we strongly suggest you consider hiring a specialist to help you.

If you manage to get the problem fixed, then please contribute the fix back to the project as a Pull Request. Remember that the more people contribute, the better PrestaShop becomes for everyone.
