Be able to specify 'label when not in stock and backorders disabled' for each product #24778

Is your feature request related to a problem?

On Quantities tab of every product, we can specify specific labels for availability of current product. These labels override those set in Shop parameters > Products.

However, there is one label missing which is always displayed as globally defined in Shop parameters > Products.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add another field to product Shipping tab that would allow to specify availability label, when the product is not in stock and backorders are disabled. For combinations, also - https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/20536.

@jolelievre Do you think we can implement this while migrating the product page? It seems that it was just forgotten in PS 1.6 days. 🤔
