Set up a new collaborative tool GitBook to make the user documentation more intuitive, modernize it and mostly turn it into a place where the community can involve in. It takes several steps:

study Gitbook (TO DO June)
subscribe to Gitbook (TO DO Louise)
migrate the existing content (TO DO June)
optimize the migrated content (TO DO June)
