[-] BO : Fix VAT field hide/show in Address page #4

The ajax call to vatnumber module is used also to show or hide VAT field in address page in Back Office depends on selected country. The init file inclusion in conjuction with modules that make redirects in front office make the call to fail so when you are in a customer address page the vat_number field is hidden and you can't modify or see the vat number.

Can not uninstall the module. While it says that is uninstalled the vat field continues the show when the user fills the company field. I am using PS 1.6.1.5.

Can I manually disable the functionality of the module ?

Could you explain in an issue your initial bug for this PR (or may be link to an issue) ? Could you give us a scenario which permits to test the bug before and after this PR ?

Hi @Progi1984 , honestly it's a very old bug (2 Mar 2016), I don't remember the issue. :-P
