Bug when saving zone configuration

When I tried to save with this option selected:

I got the following error:

This is a broken functionality that we'll remove in next commit. We analysed it and there is no way we can properly automatize zone creation:

• in single store, it would be dangerous to rely on the name only
• in multistore it would be a bigger problem if the zone is created for a shop view only (that would mean the country would only be available for a single shop)
