Shipping price calculation issue #27

Changed types from varchar into float for "weight_from" and "weight_to" database table fields in order to fix issue of shipping price calculation.

Hi @remixaz,

For this new version, we need an upgrade file. It will allow to update the database for merchants who have already installed the module.

Also, do not forget the config.xml file.
