Make module compatible with PHP 5.2 #33

For people unable to upgrade their version of PHP to a maintained one for 2 years and 3 months at least.

I can't add PHP 5.2 on Travis because they don't support it.

ping @Quetzacoalt91 would you mind doing the release, this is the last day of "bug fixes maintenance" regarding 1.6.1.x :)
