Done:

Download a zipped module from addons
Unzip the module then install it through the moduleManager (PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Module\ModuleManager)
Admin controller to get, install, enable module
Compatibility with presta 1.7 and 8

Todo :

Transform moduleId <=> moduleName
Implements routes directly from code and not in the module that implement this lib
