Fixed misc bugs as per request #5

Fatal error on checkout when the email and address from Prestashop differs from the one on PayPal has been fixed.

The diff in the tab Files changed does not seem to fix a fatal error. Can you tell me more about this ?

As I said in the last remaining comment, please use the addCSS to include your CSS in the pages.
