Update libvpx (for us winfags) #16

Linux users don't really have to worry, but for Windows guys we're forced to use the aging 1.1.0 libvpx supplied with the source.. it's the only real roadblock for us to get the VP9 patch working.

Sadly libvpx doesn't come with VS project files, instead you have to generate them with configure, which creates a bunch of broken files which need some weird setup to work, completely different to the libvpx project files included with Opera.

Best bet is probably to adapt the project files we already have to the newer source, though it'd be easier if someone can figure out how to generate working files with it.
