VP9 isn't supported #2

https://html5test.com/ reports that its not supported. Please see about adding support for it.

As you mentioned in the topic this is needed for DASH support too (just putting it here too)

Sup. VP9 patch: https://paste.fedoraproject.org/528850/14846609 You'll need to update bundled libvpx to 1.3.0 first That's linux only, win projects need updating.

Good stuff, will look into Windows support later.
