Issue with Menu Bar skinning #4

I am using v12.18 with the "Opera 9 for 12" skin which gives it the look of classic Opera. The issue I noticed is that there's two different colors being used in the Menu Bar when using the mentioned skin.

Another issue related to the Menu Bar is that the menu which is shown when clicking on File, etc. looks weird (its looks like its raised compared to the rest of the UI).

I have downgraded to Windows 7 since then (which has fixed the issue that I mentioned).
