Improve speed/CPU usage (meaning: get PGO to work on Linux/Win builds) #7

The official releases use profile-guided optimization, makes the binaries a little bigger but gives a huge boost in performance, a boost our homebrew builds are currently missing out on.

There's a tool in the source that can generate files needed for PGO, but sadly it relies on some html files stored on an internal Opera server, maybe someone can find replacements for them somewhere else though (Firefox/chrome probably have similar PGO-tuning pages we could use), hardest bit is probably figuring out how to use their PGO tool.

One anonymous user in the current 4chan thread mentioned he/she would be trying to make a PGO build soon.
