--App should display have ACTIONS the user can select to reduce there Emissions ( energy efficient light bulbs, fuel-efficient vehicle, etc)
--ACTION show the amount it will reduce your Emissions
--ACTION add to your ACTION PLAN section on the EMISSIONS PAGE
--IF ACTION is marked as completed the ACTION is DELETED and the users displayed emissions are reduced on the EMISSIONS PAGE
