Fixed Logo to be modern

After looking at the image, I personally don't think your changes follow our "modern" design:

• the p shouldn't be zoomed in
• when used like this, the p should be white, not purple
• the font should have been changed to our current font, Poppins, for this to be truly modern
• personally, I would have also removed all of the gradient background stuff, since that hasn't been used anywhere else ever again, for what I know

Above all of that, the recoloring work has added a lot of pixelating and blockyness to the text and every other curved line, so I don't think it meets the quality of the old one.

Gonna query @jonbarrow and @mrjvs to take a look, maybe I'm just a grumpy perfectionist.
