Notification module support #8

This PR introduces support for the NotificationModule. A notification is displayed on the Wii U menu letting the user know if they are connected to either Nintendo or Pretendo.

I've done a decent amount of testing to make sure this works reliably, but given I barely write actual Wii U homebrew so a proper review would be appreciated :p
