Add implementations for notification data methods

This is a very basic implementation of these methods and should not be considered complete or merge-worthy, but I wanted to put them somewhere just so I don't forget lol

Given that #35 exists, I expect this will likely need to be redone as well, hence I've marked it as a draft.
