Remove all references to official Citra build #252

Citra inadvertently have stopped the development because of the Yuzu lawsuit.

I'm not sure that's necessary as we only mention Citra in the installation docs, and the Citra page only say Citra doesn't work online: https://pretendo.network/docs/install/citra

There's nothing really to remove, and there's a strong possibility that a community fork would come out. Additionally the fork by @PabloMK7, which supports online play, is still available. So removing Citra from our site now would likely just be temporary.

Though we may want to add pages for the other 2 3DS emulators, as they didn't exist when we made the Citra docs. Both Mikage and Panda3DS are promising.

Mikage isn't public yet though unfortunately iirc (had some conversations on fedi and the creator is looking to open it very soon).

I need to personally take a look at the fork that Pablo made, I think I have the highest confidence in that being the go-to 3DS emulator so far if nothing changes right now.

Something being usable has not stopped us in the past. Citra also was not "usable" in terms of our usecase, yet we still have a page for it
