Please do a fresh pull and take a look at prep/tannenbaum/geneTracks.R

It won't run for you until you install the packages named at the top - but even before we/you sort that out, there is plenty to study here!

The single function displayBedTrack produces interactive genome visualizations like this:

@thardy615 We both had problems on your laptop running geneTracks.R on WBC19, so I made a copy of that script, now called wbc19.R. That ran (for me) on the first go. Please do a fresh pull, see if wbc19.R produces this igv plot for you:
