Toggle Enchants

Add a command that allows you to toggle the the Frost Walker, Silk Touch, and Fortune enchantments.

There are some sets of tools/armor on the server that have multiple exclusive enchantments on them. (eg; the pride sets) The problem is, you essentially cant use the fortune enchant because of the Silk Touch enchant. Additionally, while the frost walker enchant can be very useful, it can also be very annoying. An alternative would be to have separate pickaxes and boots for when you want to use each enchantment, but that essentially makes the Pride Set useless.

Current solution in mind: The ability to right click the grindstone with a tool in hand to open an inventory that contains enchanted books that are all the enchantments in an item, and be able to remove them. This allows easy editing of an items enchants. Right-clicking the grindstone with an enchanted book (or anything else actually) will result in vanilla behavior.

While this solution would allow for enchantment editing, I would prefer if we had the ability to toggle these enchants on and off on the fly. This would make it far more useful as you would not have to have to re-enchant items with specific enchants when you need them, or have separate pieces of armor/tools (Like I'm trying to avoid with the original post)
