Fixed plot problems in the example_bundeslaender #34

Should fix #33. Was an easy fix. We should write documentation for these plotting functions, or add the file to sphinx.

Mmh, as I see it, you removed the output of the notebook. Can you please run it through once, and keep the output. So one sees directly what to expect from the noteboook
