Backport Calendar system to BA #15

Been meaning to do this for months, but it requires building run category codes into the announcement system. This likely requires interacting with the database, since there aren't many more embed fields to cram information into.

I managed to open the same issue twice, two days in a row. Closing this - duplicate of #8.
