Bottom bar hide and show should work like X app #116

Hi,

I see that Primal bottom bar hide and show function can be improved. On Primal when we scroll the feed the bottom bar doesn't hide all at once. On X app the bottom bar take some seconds to hide and when hide, hide all at once. See the difference:

In my experience in X is a lot better. Please make this change. Thanks.

Trimmer I mean tremble. (I don't know the correct word, I'm not a native english speaker)

This is not a quick change and we have so much other tasks with higher impact to work on. Revisiting nav bar will definiteley wait for months.
