I experienced two kind of problems with the new notes popup notification in Primal:
1- Sometimes new notes loads without showing the new notes popup notification. I think should always show the new notes notification "popup" when there are new notes.
2- Sometimes I see the new notes popup showing that I have a new note from user x, y and z, but the note from user x for example was already showed in the screen. Should show just from user y and z.
