TextNote vanished while editing #41

Describe the bug

I was authoring a lengthy reply when all of a sudden it vanished.

Steps to reproduce

Have a flaky internet connection while authoring a reply I guess?

Expected behavior

Replies should get auto-saved locally so that hitting reply on the same event re-populates the input with what was lost for whatever reason. Even when abandoning a reply explicitly, the input should not be lost. If I later decide to actually write that reply, it would be awesome if the content was not just gone, at least for the length of a browser session.

Environment

FF119 Debian

Primal now saves drafts in local storage for the new note and replies. This should resolve this issue if having a flaky connection.
