As a developer I want to decide whether to integrate the envied package to the rx_bloc_cli so that I can use it in the implemented bricks

As discussed, I believe it's worth using in the Dynamic SSL Pinning brick for security reasons. Going forward, we can evaluate adding it to other bricks if there's a need
