I asked my team for assistance and they tried but failed to identify why I am not able to post to the AWS bucket.
I have tried to console log and see if my environment variable is correctly being passed to my server. I have tried to ensure I have all the correct permissions in my AWS accounts. I did also make sure my policy is attached.
