Registration wizard: To go to another stage from stage 5 using the stepper should happen instantly #1011

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate here: https://deals.prime.xyz/deal/8LZZ6BCh81y5d6BBef2X3o
  2. connect wallet and make an offer
  3. Go to Stage 5 using the stepper
  4. While in Stage 5, click another stage using the stepper

Result: Trying to go to another stage from stage 5 will make you wait for few seconds. This might not be possible due to validations we have to do (eg. correct token format). A feasible improvement I can only see: Improve loading indicator experience
