Add logging to for funding flow #1049

What was done

Add more logs
make the logging opt-in on production
- primeDebug.on() and use localStorage was the quickest solution I could think of

production logging api

primeDebug.on() 
primeDebug.off() 
primeDebug.check()

Testing

do a production build npm run build-dev (change to --env production) then npm run serve)
open the console
type in primeDebug.on()
reload the page
(check if logging is on via primeDebug.check())
(turn off via primeDebug.off())
navigate to the app
