On-Chain Deals take a long time to open #1103

Stesp to reproduce:

  1. Navigate here:
  2. go to all deals
  3. Open a Completed or Funding Partnered Deal

Expected: To be able to open the deal within a matter of seconds

This might be cause by the fact the Deal dashboard is waiting for "contract info" before loading the page.

One fix is to do the "contract wait" async and let the deal render while waiting for "contract info"
