Current objective: Dev investigates the possibility to "Condition the TWAP price and funding phrase initiation on Snapshot proposals approval". Snapshot: https://snapshot.org/#/

Questions to answer:

Is this flow technically possible with the current state of Snapshot API? How difficult would it be to implement this solution? After we have answered these questions, we will decide whether to go with the snapshot proposal flow or the manual approval option.

We only need a yes/no answer for feasibility and difficulty level (1-5). So we can proceed with making a business decision and start development @hiaux0 .

We are going for manual TWAP date selection due to time constraint
