Reg. Wiz: Clause Description should act as same as other fields when the char limit is reached.

2. Fill in clause description until it reaches 500 char limit
3. Continue writing

Result: New things you write are added to the beginning of the field and excessive letters are being removed from the end of the field.

Expected: To stop user from being able to write if the char limit is reached
