Reg Wiz: Overview page should display rich text as it is and not HTML #1148

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to reg wizard (open)
  2. Fill in details
  3. Write a clause and use bold, italic etc
  4. Go to overview page

Result: Create-a-Partnered-Deal-Submit-Prime-Deals (1).png

Expected: Overview page to display the rich text and not html
