Refac/au2 migrate fixes from au1 to au2 #1183

What was done

Imported PRs that have been merged into the 'development' branch (AU1 version), after the work on AU2 migration has started.

PRs imported:

1033 - 1027 - Make partnered deals card default

1069 - add mobile responsiveness to the all-deals page.

1070 - 1056-Remove carousel from all deals page and keep it horizontal on the home page

1072 - 1056- Removed unneeded code from dealSummary.scss
