On the main website, I cannot write a comment to an open proposal #1203

  3. Hover over a clause to begin a discussion

Result: not able to see begin a discussion button inside the clause DEAL-Dashboard-Prime-Deals (5)

Expected: To be able to write a comment on a discussion after connecting my wallet
